I have a 1985 T37PH that I use for my research work in the Bahamas each summer. I am not actively listing the boat yet but this is will be my last summer in the Bahamas so I would consider parting with it. It has a 500hr new Yanmar 56-hp, new main sail, new club footed jib, rebuilt watermaker 20gph, 4.5KW gen. set, newer liner auto pilot and a lot of other good stuff. It also has a composting head which makes sitting at anchorage in small unpolluted harbors guilt free. If someone offered me $90,000 I'd sell it. I am in Key West and could send many pictures and a short list of what improvements I plan on making to the boat. I have sailed all of my life and have never made as many great passages as with the T37.

That is a VERY reasonable asking price, the new Yanmar is a real plus
